Prenatal Yoga and Strength Training Workout (online - donation-based): This prenatal workout is designed to protect and strengthen your body throughout pregnancy. It's perfect if you've been exercising prior to and during your pregnancy and want to connect with other like-minded mamas. Always listen to your body, do what feels best for you, and stop if any exercise feels uncomfortable! I’m 35 weeks pregnant and would love to meet other active mamas :)
WHAT TO HAVE: A mat, towel, water, mini resistance band, medium weights.

This class is limited to 12 people who are currently active during their pregnancy. This allows me to cue and see your form effectively, so please ensure your camera is on.
